Life in the North has its advantages and disadvantages. Perhaps you're thinking about coming up here yourself. You might want to start reading from the beginning and see how it has gone for us. It's not a bad story and you'll see some of the ups and downs.

What a cute dog!! I've never really had any pets besides a hampster once, but he looks like a lot of fun.
And, I have to say, being one who also works in a grocery store (albeit a much larger one), I appreciated the story about Helen, and your sentiments about customer service. "It says so on my vest." - made me laugh.
Just tonight I gave a guy a refund for his smelly rotten chicken that he had just bought that evening...must have been on the shelf for awhile--the expiry date was tomorrow.
Has he dumped on the floor yet?
Who cleaned up the dog logs?
